NTC- Norma Técnica da Compesa: são normas criadas para garantir a qualidade dos materiais adquiridos pela Compesa através de compras diretas ou pregão. Possuem em sua estruturação básica:
Conforme RD 009, publicada em 12/07/2017, materiais que possuem NTC serão adquiridos por pregão ou compra direta, conforme critérios de qualidade especificados na norma. Ou seja, eles sairão do orçamento de obras e serviços, que seguirá para licitação, e serão enviados, em planilha separada, para o CD (Centro de Distribuição da Compesa)
A Resolução de Diretoria, aprovou critérios para aquisição de materiais. No tema OBRAS CIVIS, definiu quais itens orçamentários serão adquiridos diretamente pela Compesa
Atualmente com mais de 200 NTC’s publicadas, a Compesa qualifica materiais ou equipamentos e definem condições mínimas de qualidade para sua aceitação na companhia

Para que um item normatizado seja adquirido através do CD, o mesmo deverá ter descrição conforme sua NTC, e codificação Alpha própria. Caso o código não exista no sistema, a solicitação para sua criação deverá ser encaminhada para o próprio CD
